After Successful Bridge, the user is not redirected to the Transactions Page #509

Describe the bug

When bridging to Pendulum or back to Stellar, the user is not redirected to the transactions page after confirming the payment was done or choosing to view progress.

Reproduction

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Reproduce error (Bridge to Pendulum):

  1. Go to Pendulum portal
  2. Click on Bridge
  3. Choose to Pendulum
  4. Perform the bridge
  5. Click on 'I have made the payment'
  6. See the screen Screenshot 2024-06-26 at 09 37 06

Reproduce error (Bridge to Stellar):

  1. Go to Pendulum portal
  2. Click on Bridge
  3. Choose to Stellar
  4. Perform the bridge
  5. Click on 'View Progress'
  6. See the screen image (13)

Expected behavior

After confirming the payment was made or choosing to view progress, the user should be redirected to the transactions page to monitor the status and details of their bridge transaction.

TODO

Fix the wrong redirect path. It's missing a slash in the URL.
