The variable for the completion window is currently set to 60 minutes, see here. It sometimes happens that the vaults are facing some issue that is resolved after the next periodic restart. Thus, the bridging requests are still executed in the issue/redeem period but the testing service fires an error anyways.

We should increase the completion window to a more forgiving timeframe of at 3 to 6 hours (as the periodic restart is scheduled for every 3 hours at the moment).
