release: Create new Spacewalk client release v1.0.6 #498

This PR updates the metadata files for all runtimes and bumps the version to the next patch release. The foucoco metadata was generated from the current production runtime. The metadata for Amplitude and Pendulum was generated locally running the upcoming v0.9.42 runtimes for Amplitude and Pendulum with zombienet.

I ran the tests and clippy locally and it passed. I'll merge this already so that the new binary is compiled sooner.
