Show the balance of the input token below the input field

Currently the balances of the token supported by Vortex i.e USDC and USDC.e are not shown, this is not great UX for the user.

Show text "Available balance" below the "You withdraw" input field
Next to the "Available balance" text show the balance of the token selected in the dropdown, for ex if USDC is selected show the USDC balance
If the app if not connected to Polygon show "NA" as balance
