I suppose the signer-server has not been updated to save the emails. When I run the signer-service at my local machine, saving email works. How do we update the signer-service to run the latest changes?

The signer service should have the changes to save the email on staging if it was merged.. But it is true POST https://prototype-signer-service-polygon-staging.pendulumchain.tech/v1/email/create returns a 404...
