Create a landing page for PendulumPay webapp

As i user, I should be able to visit the PendulumPay landing page

Acceptance criteria

• On visiting PendulumPay webapp
• Show PendulumPay logo at the center of the web page
• Show two buttons on the top right corner
  • "Sign-up"
  • "Login"
• Show social icons on the left bottom corner

• PendulumPay logo

• If the user is not logged in they should always be redirected to this page
