Research XCM automation from Moonbeam to Pendulum

Context

This is a follow-up ticket for #30

Requirement

• Research and estimate is it possible to automate XCM txn from Moonbeam to Pendulum (Note: We would first need to register the token on Pendulum coming from Moonbeam which is the USDC.wh token)
• This automation is supposed to get triggered from a transactions initiated by Axelar on Moonbeam.
• Ideally, the transaction contains a memo that allows us to identify the transfer. We then need to find a way to encode such metadata into a custom XCM message and trigger an automatic transfer to Pendulum.

I think the description is too broad, we already know from our Transfero prototype that XCM automation generally works if we can craft the message however we like. The crux here is whether we can automate it with the tokens/transactions received on Moonbeam from Axelar.
