Phase 7: Add Moonbeam support to Vortex

User Story

As a user with USDT (Polkadot Asset Hub) on Moonbeam, I want to request an off ramp by signing a single transaction, so that I can easily get the required funds to my local bank account in Europe or Brazil.

Requirement

Add Moonbeam wallet (EVM) support to UI
Implement script that can perform all the following downstream actions, as a result of the user signing a single transaction on Moonbeam:

[ ] XCM of USDT from Moonbeam to Pendulum
[ ] Token approval and swap to off ramping asset on Forex AMM
[ ] Redeem to Stellar via Spacewalk
[ ] Transfer to off ramping anchor with required details

Acceptance criteria

User is presented with the option to add the Moonbeam network to their EVM wallet, if not already added
Once changed after this point, the user journey should be similar to Phase 5 on the UI
