As a user of the Vortex, I want to access different sections of the website easily, So that I can navigate the platform efficiently and find the information or features I need.

Acceptance criteria

• The navigation bar is consistently visible at the top of the page.
• I can see and access the following menu items:
  • About
  • Ecosystem
  • Help
• There is a prominent "Join Waitlist" button that stands out visually.
• The Vortex logo is visible on the left side of the navigation bar, as a home button.
• Clicking on each menu item takes me to the corresponding section or page of the website.
• The language selector allows me to change the website's language to my preference, for the PMF only english

Yes we can remove for the app, i assume the static landing page text would have two versions English and Portuguese

Note that the links in the navigation bar are currently linking to dead pages as it was never defined where they should point to. We can fix that in a follow up, but I wanted to point this out so you are aware.

Thanks @ebma for pointing out, back then the links were not ready. Will create a follow up ticket to fix that.
