In order to work on the new UI there was decision made to reuse the PendulumPay repo. This ticket is to clean up that repo of all the old code.

Keep the current react, typescript, component boiler plate as is and remove the rest of the code.
The repo should be cleaned keeping in mind its easier to build the new UI for the transfero web app
Replace Tailwind and daisyUI with MUI and emotion

@ebma Any more details needed, would the back tech stack considerations also should be mentioned in the ticket?

No need to mention the backend stack here. But we should move this ticket to the pendulum-pay repository instead.
