Progress screen

As a Vortex user, i should be able to see the progress screen

Acceptance criteria

• Show this screen once's the user fill in the all the details on the swap screen including the bank details
• Show a loading bar
• Below show the text
  • Your transaction is in process.
  • Please DO NOT close this tab.
  • Closing this tab can result in the transaction not being processed.
• If the user still tries to close this screen, show him a prompt with message "Please DO NOT close this tab"

• The text to be used from the wireframe as it is accurately defined

@pendulum-chain/devs is it possible to track at what stage the offramping txn is, so based on that we can transition from this screen to the successful screen or unsuccessful screen?
