Status message - Unsuccessful

As a vortex user, i should be able to see a unsuccessful message when the off-ramping request fails

Acceptance Criteria:

1. When a withdrawal fails, I see a modal window with the following elements:
   • A red "X" icon at the top to visually indicate an error
   • A prominent heading "Withdrawal unsuccessful" in red text
   • The transaction ID displayed (in this case, 4325567934)
   • A message stating "Unfortunately, your withdrawal request could not be processed. Please try again."
   • Information on how to get support if issues persist
   • Buttons to contact support via Telegram or Discord
   • A prominent "Try again" button to reattempt the withdrawal
2. The modal should be centered on the screen and overlay the main content.
3. If I click "Try again", the modal should close and I should be able to initiate a new withdrawal request.
4. If I click on Discord button, I should be directed to the respective support channels.
5. The transaction ID should be easily copyable for reference when contacting support.

Note

• The transaction id should be of the step which failed in the process
