Context

User tried to offramp to EUR bank account, but the internet connection broke after the 2nd metamask transaction and user is shown this screen (see screenshot attached)

Are there any actionables left here? Maybe we can just close this for now and make it a requirement for the production version of vortex to be able to work with shaky internet conditions. Though this should generally be mitigated once we have the improved continuable/recoverable flow.
