Connect failure and success screens to logic #80

The failure and success screens implemented in https://github.com/pendulum-chain/vortex/pull/77 are currently not connected to the user flow and will not show up.

TODO

Connect screens so that they show up once the flow is completed or there was an error.

For that purpose we would need to

either navigate between these screens through the router but need to move the logic layer into some react context
or stay on the same component and switch what page is shown using some conditional logic in the component – this allows that the logic layer and its main hook can just stay in that one component
