Add submit button for email field on successful and unsuccessful screen

Context

Currently on the successful and unsuccessful screen there is email id, which does not have a submit button. This might confuse the user. To improve the UX there, this ticket is to add a submit button there.

Requirement

• On both successful and unsuccessful screen show the Submit button next to the input field
• On clicking the "Submit" button the email address should be captured in a google sheet
• Use the server side dumping sheet to store this information

Capturing on a Google sheet: we should use the same server side solution that we use for dumping offramp flow information, but of course it should be collected in a different sheet.
