UI fixes for the vortex app

Context

Collecting all the small fixes in this single ticket

Requirements

• [ ] Dont show any error text if the wallet is not connected
• [ ] Error check missing if the input amount of USDC is higher than the actual USDC balance of the account
• [ ] Remove the test "You could save up to XX USDC" and replace with "No hidden fees"
• [ ] Change the navigation menu "About" to "offramp", "Ecosystem" to "How it works" and redirect to https://www.vortexfinance.co/#lowest-code and "Help" to "Community" and redirect to https://www.vortexfinance.co/#call-to-action
• [ ] Clicking on the "Vortex" icon from the top left should redirect to https://www.vortexfinance.co/
