Ticket related to make both wrapper and the wasm deploy tool usable for the builders other than Nabla.

Currently the user has to enter the secret key of the deployer account whenever the secret is not defined in the config file yet.

This secret key is shown in clear text on the terminal. Instead we should only show *.
