Update config names

Changed the config names for clarity

• lambda_flatfield_coef -> smoothness_flatfield
• lambda_darkfield_coef -> smoothness_darkfield
• lambda_darkfield_sparse_coef -> sparse_cost_darkfield

Should be reviewed after #103.
