Improve context menu with Save URL to "@clipboard" #341

Context menu can be now used to save current page URL to "@clipboard".

"@clipboard" – a special note that is created automatically if it doesn't exist, otherwise updated.

Using Context menu now shows confirmation message (via notifications) in the top right corner.
