I'd like to relicense eant2 to MIT / Apache-2.0 in order to remain consistent with the majority of the Rust ecosystem.

Relicensing will require all past contributors to agree to it.

As most of the code contributed by @MathisWellmann has been rewritten, and the only thing that remains is a trivial function (Activation::get_func), I'll go ahead with the relicensing so the library can be released. Edit: Wrong issue, sorry.
