AttributeType - missing functionality per individual types #20

All problems with various AttributeTypes, prior to first test run, go in this thread.

Similar to above, motor states will need to reference the correct named set value for RUNNING/STOPPED etc.

UPDATE: handled by state mask, can reference _MTR2_PV or _MTR2_SP named sets as required.
