Speed limit misdetection: motorway exits

This issue tracks incidents where the vehicle reads a motorway exit speed limit sign and misdetects it as a motorway speed limit sign. This usually decreases the vehicle's idea of the applicable speed limit.

This issue is most noticeable when both Traffic Aware Cruise Control and Speed Assist are active.
