Speed limit misdetection: END ROAD WORK signs are not detected #14

If a road has a 40 km/h ROADWORK sign, the speed limit is correctly detected as 40 km/h. A subsequent END ROAD WORK sign is not detected, so that the detected speed limit continues to be 40 km/h instead of the normal speed limit for that stretch of road.

This issue is most noticeable when both Traffic Aware Cruise Control and Speed Assist are active.
