Speed limit misdetection: speed incorrectly continued around corner #2

This issue tracks incidents where the vehicle turns a corner into a road that has a different speed limit, but incorrectly continues with the same speed limit. When Traffic Aware Cruise Control is active, this can result in the vehicle travelling at more than the applicable speed limit.

This issue is most noticeable when both Traffic Aware Cruise Control and Speed Assist are active.

Incident: 70 km/h misdetected as 80 km/h on Federal Highway northeastbound

VIN trailing digits: F653621 Timestamp: 2022-05-11_16-34-38 Version: 2022.12.3.1 Location: 35°14'24.9"S 149°08'14.3"E, (-35.240253, 149.137295) Location description: Federal Highway northeast of Barton Highway intersection, ACT, Australia Direction: Northeastbound Expected behaviour: Change to posted speed limit of 70 km/h Observed behaviour: Continued Barton Highway speed limit of 80 km/h Assumed cause: Either incorrect map data, or no map data causing a continuation of assumed speed limit until the next speed limit sign can be read.

Some instances of this are fixed by Version 2023.12.1.1.

Specs: Model 3 Standard Range Plus Rear-Wheel Drive, Autopilot, Full Self-Driving Capability Version: 2023.26.7 Location: Jerrabomberra Avenue northbound after Hindmarsh Drive. Comment: 80 km/h speed limit incorrectly assumed to continue from Hindmarsh Drive.
