Turn-by-turn directions no longer appear over visualization #21

See https://au.pcmag.com/cars-auto/86127/hidden-tesla-tips-every-ev-fan-should-know which says: "On Model 3 and Y, the touch screen is split into sections with the map on the right and a view of your car driving on the left. Normally, turn-by-turn directions appear on the right side with the maps. A late December 2020 software update, however, adds support for moving those arrows closer to the driver. When you are navigating to an address, tap on the reverse camera, and the turn-by-turn arrows and names will move." In right hand drive cars, the map is on the left and the visualization is on the right.

Up until before version 2023.20.7 while using Navigation, the turn-by-turn arrows moved to display over the visualization whenever an app covered the map. When using versions 2023.20.7 or 2023.20.8 this no longer occurs.
