Speed limit misdetection: speed limit sign not detected #5

This issue tracks incidents where the vehicle fails to detect a speed limit sign.

This issue is most noticeable when both Traffic Aware Cruise Control and Speed Assist are active.

Some instances of this are fixed by Version 2023.12.1.1.

Specs: Model 3 Standard Range Plus Rear-Wheel Drive, Autopilot, Full Self-Driving Capability Version: 2023.20.8 Location: Captain Cook Crescent southbound before Franklin Street Comment: 40 AREA speed limit signs ignored.
