Speed limit misdetection: speed limit change but no sign #9

This issue tracks incidents where the vehicle detects a change in speed limit, but there is no speed limit sign to indicate such a change. This happens most often when the vehicle continues on a road across an intersection, but can also happen on a motorway where there is no intersection.

This issue is most noticeable when both Traffic Aware Cruise Control and Speed Assist are active.

Some instances of this are fixed by Version 2023.12.1.1.
