Summary

Refactored the project to predominantly use database selector and r for repo. Fixed build errors, merge artifacts and variable issues. Improved build processes by using bash variables, github-script, and gpt-4, also enhanced PR with upsert functionality and summary prompt. Build fix for summarizer was also implemented.
