po.tr: complete missing Turkish translations, improve existing ones #55

Hi there!

Do I need to build the translations with make mergepo as well? Or is that something you do when you add new texts?

mergepo is a compilation that is part of the build process, I would recommend you run it on your local machine when you're done editing to ensure there aren't any syntax or format specifier errors (e.g. forgetting a "%s") because it will find errors but they don't actually do anything to the source files you're sending me. Thank you!
