Service Starts and Then Immediately Stops #2

The service is starting, and then immediately stops with the following message in the event viewer:

I wrote to SauceLabs about this as well and they have developers looking into it, to see if they can get it working.

None whatsoever, I did write to Sauce Labs and they are actually going to try and make this work themselves.

Form the stack it looks like maybe a Sauce REST API endpoint has changed the way it requires auth, probably the tunnel one. I don't have a copy of Windows of VS anymore so I can't be of much more help with this one.
