How to use AbDock without Ag-Ab complex? #1

Thank you for the execellent work! If I only have the PDB files for the antigen and antibody structures separately, and not the combined structure of the antigen-antibody complex, how should I use them?

You can insert a pseudo cdr or antibody into the pdb file (ensure their structures are docked).
