process_raw pipeline can run end-to-end, pulling data from box, updating deidentified files and saving data as hdf5 memory store .mat file.

Note:

If channel_enabled is "Off", the channel is padded with zeros. Nans are not available for int16 arrays
Data is stored as ADC output, currently do not mention the gain anywhere
Indices are for use in Matlab
