fix dots zoom #78

also fixed platy ghosts below the application ticket plz test the zoom to see if the dots work w resizing

ANOTHER NOTE: did not know that there was an issue to add another pacman dot below diversity fellows section but I added normal dots instead, LMK if i should discard that change
