Write parser for GEOS-Chem (recycle GCPy's parser) #21

I'm not sure how much overlap there will be between this parser and the GCPy parser, but if there's significant overlap, I'm wondering if it would make sense to import gcpy and use their parser, at least to start, so that it's easier to integrate with gcpy once we're done developing this.

Yes I agree - we should try to use GCPy's parsers for this.
