Fix study spaces tests on Travis #113

Either disable if Travis environment variables are set or set up the tunnel on Travis as in production

This broke because the library changed their site. Study spaces and study spaces tests are fixed in the studyspaces branch. The tests are failing in the studyspaces branch because they require changes on the studyspaces branch on penn-sdk-python.

Once the studyspaces branch is merged on penn-sdk-python and the studyspaces branch is merged on this repo, this issue should be fixed.

Ah, I see. Add a note to the studyspaces pull request to close this issue when merged.
