Refactors DetailsBox further for improved readability/maintainability
Improves the loading placeholder component used by the component. Screenshot below.
Dangerously renders the comments content. The comments we get from the data often has html embedded in it (like <br/> or <i/>). I believe that it's worth it to render it as raw html - seems unlikely that we'd get an injection attack from Penn itself.
