correct countdown lists #43

Update list attribute at REC_END events (final event of list) to ensure following countdown events have correct list value. Also clean up logic of event_recall method.

Resolves incorrect list values for countdown events of system 3 FR (IFR, ICatFR, etc.) sessions.
