Incorporate scheduling into `/penny chat` flow. #298

Note: This is not an actionable issue until we agree on work involved and exit criteria.

Context

One of the things that creates a lot of effort in setting up a Penny Chat is in scheduling. We could create a wimpy clone of doodle.com and incorporate that into the /penny chat flow so that an organizer could recommend a handful of times and get feedback on some time before settling on the actual meeting time.

Problems to resolve.

This seems like a flow that could easily be confusing. Double and triple check with others that the flow makes sense and is super simple before implementing it.

As a point of reference, the way that Donut handles scheduling is to allow people to connect their Google calendars and then it finds times available.

If you click the question mark you get:

Then when you select a date the date options collapse and a slack invite is sent:

And invite also appears in my Google calendar:
