[Issue 316] Save unfinished input in storage #347

Description

As a user types their input is saved in local storage until they cancel editing the input.

Notes:

Combines editing and viewing markdown into a single component
Pushes state down into this component
Reorganizes save/ cancel buttons to have the same position everywhere this component is used
