Connect multiple slack teams to the same app. #393

The goal of this issue is to test out all the things and root out bugs before shipping it to customer number 1.

Connect 2 slack teams to the same app and in both teams set up all of our features and make sure they work appropriately.

This is also a good opportunity to update https://github.com/penny-university/penny_university/blob/master/docs/product_catalog.md so that it reads more like "how to set up", "how to maintain it" and "what to expect" for each product. Really we should turn this into a folder where a single file is a single product surface.

This issue can be broken up into sub issues, one per product/feature.
