wiki property in LexMeta #2

There's an object property http://iflastandards.info/ns/fr/frbr/frbrer/P3057 in the FRBR domain. Seems like an error

"Publication place" is a complicated property. A publication place often appears in article/book/conferencepaper publication metadata, but in a good model it should be associated to the publisher, not to the publication. It must be because of that that "Publication place" does not appear in BIBO. FRBR has it, and names the problem in the description: "Relates a manifestation to the city, town, or other locality associated in the manifestation with the name of the publisher or distributor".

We can decide not to have that property on Distribution items (and relate publishing agents to places instead). In the catalogue, I am not using this property (for some reasons, I am not doing anything with publication places at the moment).

We need a prop here with range language-typed string (rdf:langString)
