Changes to support Rails 7.2:

Splitted the directory by minor version, as in the existing implementation.
Adapted to the new Adapter lookup mechanism. https://github.com/rails/rails/pull/50064
Changed quoting to some class methods to avoid NotImplementedError. https://github.com/rails/rails/pull/51174

With these changes, our system is now operational with Rails v7.2.1.
