Scalp not able to compile rule propery

I just commented out that rule in the default_filter.xml file. It is rule 45.

Yes same problem.  Also had problem with rule 73.  Should we have an option 
saying that if a rule does not compile that it shows up in the error log but 
continues on with the rest?

just replace :
(?:all|distinct|[(!@]*)?   with   (?:all|distinct|[(!@]+)?
and 
(?i:(\%SYSTEMROOT\%))     with    
(?:(\%[sS][yY][sS][tT][eE][mM][rR][oO][oO][tT]\%))
