Add Material Design 3 shared library #31

This is a initial PR for Material Design 3 to get early feedback from the Penpot's core team as well as the community.

There are plenty of components to test and verify. I'm open to feedback and to explain some of the rationale of the structure I've created for each component.

I hope this can either become the Material Design 3 library for Penpot, or it can help others develop a better one.

I will be closing this PR since the penpot file generated is missing some styles - I have made a copy of the project on Monday, this will help me recover most of what was lost, but I will have to be recreating some items. This will delay this PR in a couple of days.

Create the new one whenever you feel confortable with the file @marcos-abreu. We've already seen the link you shared and it's looking great so far, very comprehensive file. Once you submit the new PR the desing team will take a look at it and we might get back with improvement suggestions, thanks!

The Penpot design team took a deep look at the file and they find that it is a great work and will be extremely useful for a lot of users.
