Nested layers/groups view #1374

Describe the bug Please fix the nested elements view and scroll in the sidebar, don't be a figma here

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. create a group
  2. create a subgroup
  3. repeat steps 1 and 2
  4. see increasingly worsening sidebar tree

Expected behavior Proper highlighting, layer names and scrolling of the nested items

It's true. We are considering restructuring the layers view, to use a different approach than nesting. For now I've create this Taiga issue to track it.
