Hi @xiao199336,
Right now we are a small team and we don't use windows at all; unfortunately for the near future, this is not on our plans.
The current recommended on premise installation is using docker and we know that you can run docker on windows. Maybe this issue has more interest and someone from the community can contribute a guide on how to setup it using docker on windows (on docs repo).
We would be very grateful.
I would also be interested in running the software on Windows – as a designer and social scientists, I need to use software that does not run on Linux, yet I would like to contribute.
Is this about deploying penpot on-prem under Windows for using the tool productively or about setting up a development environment under Windows to contribute code to the project?
@Simran-B for me it is for development using windows (or the windows-included WSL); I would not deploy it on Win/WLS; it is merely that, juggling several tasks, it is pretty cumbersome to boot into a totally separate Linux to develop. (I understand if that is not a priority for devs at the moment)
Can I have an installation tutorial developed under windows?
