[PLUGINS] Resize plugin cursor after releasing the mouse button #100

Issue

How to reproduce

  1. Open a new file
  2. Install the Contrast Plugin https://contrast-penpot-plugin.pages.dev/assets/manifest.json
  3. Open the plugin
  4. Click on right-bottom corner in plugin modal and resize it vertically

Expected behavior

The resizing cursor returns to the normal cursor after having finished the resizing action.

Actual behavior

The resize cursor is still present, and is capable of resizing the plugin window, despite of having released the mouse button.
