[Grid layout] New columns were not created after user clicks "+" button in columns section

Steps to reproduce

• Step 1 Action: Create a board Expected Result: Board was created The board is displayed on the Layers tab.

• Step 2 Action: Go to the right panel - Layout - Plus - Add Grid Layout Expected Result: Grid Layout was added Grid Layout features is displaying

• Step 3 Action: Double click grid layout board Expected Result: Edit menu was opened

• Step 4 Action: Click Plus columns and rows Expected Result: Columns and rows added
