Imported Cocomaterial library from Libraries & Templates carousel failed

I don't know if it is something about this specific library but when import Cocomaterial library it fails.

Preconditions

The user is logged in

Steps to reproduce

Open Dashboard > Projects
Expand 'Libraries & Templates' section at the bottom of page
Dowload cocomaterial library
Import

Expected Result

Imported libraries are present here with 'library' icon in the right corner on tile Open Libraries page, imported libraries are displayed with new view

Actual result

Import library failed
