  1. Create a path
  2. Select a path
  3. See the horizontal drag in Design panel

Actual behavior (What happened?)

Horizontal drag in Design panel is displaying after user created a path

Expected behavior (What should have happened?)               Horizontal drag in Design panel should not be displayed after user created a path
